We do not do online booking. Our campground is unique and not cookie cutter. It is important that we do our best to accommodate each and every camper to the best of our ability. 

We try to be available by phone from 9am-8pm during our open season and from 9am to 5pm during our off season (518)523-9322. 

Please know that if we do not pick up we are out working the grounds or running our kids to their extra curricular activities. Please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience.

We will need to know what type of site you need, arrival and departure dates, and a means of payment.

All guests who stay with us are expected to abide by the campground rules for the duration of their stay.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

We are a small family run business and cancellations affect us greatly, therefore, we follow a strict cancellation policy.

During non-holiday/event weeks we have a cancellation policy of 48 hours prior to your arrival date. 

During holiday/event weeks we have a cancellation policy of 1 week prior to your arrival date. 

In the event that you need to cancel your reservation and you made a deposit, your deposit will be refunded minus 15% of the deposit amount.

We reserve the right to charge your credit card after departure for any unpaid balances, including damages to our property.
